PWC has released a third thought-leadership piece on the SIDRA Survey on unlocking the potential of third party funding in dispute resolution. PWC's report highlights that mediation is the most cost-satisfying proposition amongst the dispute resolution mechanisms, and proposes that third party funding could be a solution to cost concerns in dispute settlement.  The full report may be found here…
