SIDRA and SMULA are pleased to present a masterclass on the Chinese Legal System and Culture.  The webinar will be conducted by Associate Professor Zhang Wei from the SMU Yong Pung How School of Law.  The one-day masterclass will provide legal practitioners with a practical understanding of the Chinese legal tradition and modern legal system, and will also cover several important areas in Chinese corporate and commercial law relevant for legal practice, including topics in contract, corporate, takeover practices and securities regulations.  The latest legal developments will also be discussed and real life cases will be studied.
