The Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy launched the Preliminary Findings of its 2023 International Dispute Resolution Survey on 28 August 2023, during Singapore Convention Week 2023.

Tan Xi'en Rachel, SIDRA’s Principal Research Associate and Research and Development Lead, shared key findings on how and why businesses resolve commercial cross-border disputes through arbitration, mediation and litigation. She also presented highlights of SIDRA’s new intellectual property and technology disputes surveys. Angela Abala, SIDRA Research Associate, moderated a discussion on the importance of preserving business relationships in a dispute, diversity, legal technology and investor-state dispute settlement reform with Chiann Bao and Lucas Bastin KC.
