In this webinar, SIDRA and TNLF are in conversation with eminent expert Professor Andrea Bjorklund to discuss investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) reform. Specific issues to be discussed include the use of mediation in investment disputes, an investment court system with an appeal mechanism, and third-party funding. Professor Bjorklund will also cover US, Canada, EU, and China’s practices and attitudes towards ISDS reform.
