The Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy (SIDRA) is inviting participants who have experience in cross-border dispute resolution involving parties from, or disputes related to, the MENA region.
This 2026, SIDRA is launching its first-ever Dispute Resolution Survey focused on the MENA region. This survey is a vital tool for understanding how businesses and legal professionals approach cross-border disputes across the region. The SIDRA–MENA Survey examines key practical aspects of dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, litigation, hybrid processes, and even investor–state dispute settlement (ISDS).
The Survey is designed for professionals like corporate executives, in-house counsel, lawyers, and legal advisers. Participation in this study will involve the completion of an online survey. It is anonymous, takes just 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and your participation will contribute to a publicly available report.
We value your input, which will help us map global trends in international dispute resolution practices.
